Part-time Office Coordinator / Bookkeeper Boulder Brook Stables,LLC Lee, NH 03861 Job Summary Professional Equestrian facility is seeking a part time office coordinator / bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and bookkeeping practices, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Duties With the use of QuickBooks, processing all accounts payable and receivable activities Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions Managing client accounts, including monthly Invoicing Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Ensure that all financial records and transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations Support Accountant with year end tax preparation reporting Office support with document control, filing, mail and client email communications. Coordinate hiring process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding and offboarding staff via Homebase platform Manage timesheets and weekly payroll, as well as required reporting Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper, or similar role Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Excellent problem solving, organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Google Workspace/Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
