Overview Under the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting in ensuring that all vendor bills are processed in accordance with company policy.

Pay rate $18.00 an hour Responsibilities
Assists in preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries for accruals, expense and voided checks.
Reports cash disbursements on a daily basis.
Assembles and reviews vendor invoices, purchase orders, receiving documents and other information for payment.
Inputs accounts payable into the computer system.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, with one (1) to three (3) years of experience with computerized accounts payable/general disbursements or a combination of education and/or experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors and team members is required.
Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Computer systems and 10-key adding machine experience preferred. #indeedAC
