Great for recent college grads! Duties Prepare credit card reports. Process credit cards including posting those payments at the time of charge. Posting checks & ACH payments daily to customer accounts. Contacting customers/sales reps on declined credit card accounts to resolve. Special projects as time permits Qualifications Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS) Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills
