Overview:
LHH is working with a client that is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist in Rochelle Park, NJ . This temp-to-perm role is ideal for someone with strong AR experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash applications, and collections Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer payments Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and improve processes Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred) Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

Pay Details:
