Looking for a individual to assist with various day-to-day accounting processes to include but not limited to:
Accounts Receivable:
Assist with Posting checks, credit card payments, and ACH payments.
Accounts Payable:
Assist with reviewing invoices and matching packing slips. Entering invoices in ERP program.
Collection:
Assist with managing and compiling reports of customers with overdue balances and contact customers using our in house collection procedures.
Commission:
Assist with Commission Reconciliation and Recording Assist with Special Assignments Experience High School Diploma Some College preferred Accounting experience preferred Knowledge of ERP Program NetSuite is considered an asset Following skills are required for qualified candidates: Exceptional phone skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook 365 Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer Service experience will be considered a plus Any Hiring/HR experience is a plus but not required Ability to multi-task
