Job Description

Automotive Dealership Office Assistant (Accounting experience preferred) Amaral Auto Sales & Service 295 Park Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 Automotive Office Assistant Responsibilities

  • Assist the dealerships directly with any call-in/receptionist or email-in needs
  • Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
  • Fax, scan and copy documents
  • Maintain office filing and data entry
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Check in and log all remittances received in business log and remittance report
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable – processing of cash receipts & vendor invoice, collection of dealership AR balances, refunds, warranty cancellations, regional check runs Secretary / Office Assistant Qualifications
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and reliable
  • Automotive dealership experience
  • Must have experience with QuickBooks
  • Strong customer service skills (CRM experience)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Accounting experience is a plus (accounts payable/receivable)
  • Valid driver’s license
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour
