Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist About the Firm CFSis working with a leading global logistics firms that focuses onmaking shipments worldwide They are a stable firm that have beenaround for 20 years and the company has grown revenue during thepandemic They have facilities across the United States providingefficient cross-border solutions internationally. Responsibilities:

Cash Application for daily checks, wires, creditcards and electronic payments received from customers into ouraccounting software. Complete ACH Collection Schedule and applypayments in a weekly basis Upload ACH Collection batch to bankmodule in a weekly Record & process Credit Memos and distribute toappropriate parties Communicate with customers on any requests,questions or issues related to their accounts Run reportsapplicable to assist a variety of accounting processes Otherduties, assigned by

Assistant Controller Job Requirements:

1 yearsof relevant experience; open to industry Experience working onQuickBooks or an accounting system; strong basic Excel experienceGreat attitude, motivated and looking for growth in their careerCFSMAR2023
