Future Remodeling is seeking a Quickbooks Online Expert who isn’t just a bookkeeper, but a financial strategic partner ready to drive our rapid business expansion. This isn’t your typical accounting role. You’ll be the financial captain of a dynamic, technology-driven company, managing every financial detail with precision and strategic insight. We need a self-starter who can work autonomously, solve complex financial puzzles, and turn raw data into meaningful business intelligence.

What You’ll Do:

Daily reconciliation of all transactions in Quickbooks Online Daily collection and management of receivables Monthly reconciliation of accounts Responsible for bill payments and vendor payables Weekly reporting to management Process and record payroll in ADP Deposit checks, process credit cards, wires, and ACH Maintain excellent communication skills in person and over the phone Committed to providing a positive experience for every interaction Demonstrate a desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field Advanced QuickBooks Online experience Proficient Bookkeeping experience including payables & receivables Experience with Apple products such as Mac computers Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Google Workspace product knowledge such as
