Bookkeeper/Office Coordinator Confidential Delanco, NJ 08075 We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Coordinator to join our team in Delanco, NJ. This is a hands-on role perfect for an experienced and organized professional with strong bookkeeping and administrative skills. This position plays a key role in managing the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting HR and office functions. Maintain and record accurate financial transactions Balance and manage the general ledger Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements File tax returns and assist with year-end preparations Manage company accounts and monitor cash flow Oversee outsourced payroll processing Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting laws and regulations Assist with inventory management and office insurance policies Create, send, and follow up on invoices Maintain accounts payable. Provide support for HR processes and administrative tasks General office coordination duties
