Responsibilities:
Invoice entry into online system (Inspyrus); gather invoice backup from online system, create pdf backup for online storage using Nuance pdf Data entry of invoices Audit of lower dollar T&E reimbursement request in Oracle system.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Outlook email, pdf creation. Microsoft Excel; use of Microsoft Teams Oracle experience a plus Computer savvy, intermediate to advanced experience in Excel Pays attention to detail 3 years of prior experience IND38
