This long-term contract position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who excels in managing financial records and reconciling accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations while supporting day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision. Perform bank reconciliations to verify and validate financial data. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct month-end close procedures, including reviewing and adjusting entries. Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage bookkeeping tasks and analyze financial data. Support data entry and ensure all financial information is properly documented. Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in financial operations. Proven experience in bookkeeping with a strong understanding of financial principles. Proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Skilled in performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records. Familiarity with payroll processing and month-end close procedures. Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data entry. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
