Office Admin & Bookkeeper – Painting Contractor Pro-Spec Painting Corporation Vineland, NJ 08360 Position Overview This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone with a solid background in office administration and hands-on exposure to construction operations. You’ll manage the full range of project admin functions using Contractor, supporting field operations, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Open/close office; manage calls Administer job records in Contractor Handle RFQs, POs, subcontracts, submittals Manage schedules and documents Use Microsoft Teams for coordination Support field ops with accurate admin tasks Requirements Experience with Contractor Administration practices Proficient in Excel, Word, Teams Skilled in computer networking and shared files Good windows computer skills Nice-to-Haves Notary commission Bookkeeping and PDF editing experience Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. In-office only — no remote work considered Compensation $24.00 to $26.50 per hour, based on experience We welcome applicants with less experience who are eager to learn and grow with the company.
