Job Description

Accounts Payable- Finance Clerk Borough of Mansquan 201 East Main Street, Manasquan, NJ 08736 The Borough of Manasquan is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Accounts Payable/Finance Clerk for the Finance Department. The individual will be responsible for assisting all departments with purchasing, preparing bill lists, receiving funds for deposit, posting revenues and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the finance department which includes but not limited to the tax and water/sewer department. Candidate must be detail-oriented, possess excellent computer and communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A minimum of 1 year experience in accounts payable/finance. Prior municipal finance experience preferred and knowledge of Edmunds software a plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Salary Range:

$40,000 – $55,000 depending on qualifications. Eligible for Health, Dental and Rx and enrollment in the Public Employment Pension System (PERS). Paid Holidays, Sick, Vacation and Personal Days.
