Duties Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Perform data entry for accounts payable transactions into the accounting system. Maintain vendor records and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed. Reconcile accounts payable transactions with the general ledger accounting system. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries related to payments. Ensure adherence to GAAP principles in all financial transactions. Support benefits administration by processing related invoices as needed. Utilize accounting software such as ADP, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian for efficient processing. Skills Proficient in accounts payable processes and procedures. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Familiarity with accounting software such as ADP, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian is preferred. Knowledge of GAAP principles and general ledger accounting practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
