Our client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic team. This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on accounts receivable and collections. Responsibilities of the Bilingual Accounts Receivable Maintain accurate records of customer charges and payments Use company software and spreadsheets to track transactions Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook A bachelor’s degree is not required, but basic skills in math and accounting are preferred Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure Requirements of the Bilingual Accounts Receivable Ability to multi-task and demonstrate analytical thinking and customer service skills Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Compensation/Benefits for the Bilingual Accounts Receivable Full benefits when hired on a permanent basis
