Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with RMI or other accounting software, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This job is an hourly 1099 position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company’s financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Prepare financial reports for management review
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies
• Keep Accurate records of customer lease documents and payment information
• Filing of quarterly taxes (including IFTA, HUT, Sales tax, etc.

)

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in RMI or similar Rental based accounting software
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits
• Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
