Role:

The Accounting Specialist will support day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P). This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer payments and prepare daily bank deposits Perform bank reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare vendor payments and customer billing Assist with customer sales reports and pricing updates Handle customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments Research and reconcile customer deductions Perform general administrative duties including mail sorting and filing Deliver occasional post office runs Provide general support across the accounting department as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience with A/R and A/P Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Flexible, dependable, and self-motivated Ready to join a team where your contributions matter?
