Key Responsibilities:

Process purchase order payables within SAP Investigate and correct errors related to transactions Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy Communicate with Product Supply teams and external vendors to address and resolve inquiries Support internal compliance and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Inventory SAP experience strongly preferred; willingness to learn is required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent planning and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities Effective verbal and written communication skills
