Part-time Accounting Assistant
Parsippany, NJ Description RemX is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant for a 2-month temporary role to support our invoicing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a background in accounting or administrative support in a finance department.

3 Days/Week (Monday-Thursday, 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM)

Month Temporary Assignment Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send out customer invoices on a regular schedule.
Import data and reports from accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar) into Excel.
Use Excel formulas to organize, validate, and reconcile invoice data.
Maintain accurate records of billing activity and update internal tracking systems.
Communicate with internal departments to ensure invoice accuracy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative support role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data imports.
Familiarity with accounting software systems and generating reports.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ three days per week.
