About the Role We are seeking a Full-Time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to support the daily financial and operational functions of both our construction and real estate divisions. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong bookkeeping experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping using

QuickBooks Online:

transaction categorization, account reconciliation, financial reporting Track and manage accounts receivable/payable, including vendor billing and client invoicing Prepare real estate commission statements for agents Draft and manage project bids, proposals, contracts, and subcontractor agreements Set up and maintain vendor accounts and insurance compliance, including monitoring renewals Assist with insurance audits and year-end tax prep Provide administrative support: scheduling, document management, drafting professional communications Use Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Excel for budgeting, job costing, and reporting Support business compliance and internal operations Required Skills & Qualifications Proficient in QuickBooks Online (reconciliation, reporting, transaction entry, etc.) Strong Excel skills (formulas, formatting, filters, expense tracking) Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the construction and/or real estate industry is a strong plus Comfortable handling confidential financial data You’re a
