- July-21-2025 Contract/Temp Our Client, a family owned business with over 35 years of experience providing custom foam and case solutions for every need imaginable is seeking an Accounting Assistant.
This is a temporary assignment, covering a maternity leave, which will go until the end of December. Hours are 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
In this role you will:
- Process vendor invoices.
- Bill customer orders
- Update vendor pricing and costs through their ERP system
- Send statements to customers re: past due balances
- Process credit applications
- Payroll journal entries
- File vendor paystubs with invoices
- Update spreadsheets
Qualifications:
- Accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Must have worked with ERP Systems Other job titles include: Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk Hourly pay rate range is $28 to $30 an hour.
