Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have processes, including daily cash receipt preparation and posting to accounting software. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong understanding of financial transactions involving ACHs, wires, and checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process daily cash receipts, including ACHs, wire transfers, and checks. Deposit funds to multiple bank accounts. Post receipts accurately to the Vista Viewpoint accounting system. Maintain up-to-date records of customer payments and accounts. Communicate with internal teams regarding payment status and discrepancies. Assist in resolving payment issues and customer account inquiries. Support month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable. Proficiency with accounting software (experience with Vista Viewpoint is a strong plus). Solid understanding of cash application processes for ACHs, wires, and checks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry. Experience working with multiple bank accounts or entities. Familiarity with ERP systems.
