This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing critical financial processes and ensuring accurate and timely transactions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting systems and a strong ability to handle accounts receivable functions with precision.

Responsibilities:

Process and record accounts receivable transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting. Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage billing and cash activity efficiently. Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate inventory analysis and support financial operations. Generate and review invoices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Maintain detailed records of cash handling activities, ensuring proper documentation and security. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management. Support the implementation and optimization of CRM and Epic software systems. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to address billing inquiries and improve customer satisfaction. Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, and cash handling functions. Proficiency in accounting software systems, ERP platforms, and CRM tools. Familiarity with Epic software and other financial management systems. Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory analysis. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients. Analytical mindset to interpret financial data and provide insights. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
