PT/FT Bookkeeper for Lake Hopatcong CPA Sanderson & Associates PC Lake Hopatcong, NJ 07849

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic, integrity, and initiative Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy Strong organizational skills and time management Ability to prioritize and multitask Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements. Reconcile and categorize all credit card transactions. Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets for multiple entities. Responsible for paying quarterly sales tax and other tax payments for multiple entities. Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement for all entities. Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop & online) and Excel is a MUST. Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple entities efficiently. Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail to handle a high volume of transactions across multiple businesses. Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
