Responsibilities Maintain accurate client financial records by recording transactions, reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements. . Work directly with clients and accountants on our team to resolve discrepancies and open issues. Assist with preparing and filing sales tax returns. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks online. Ability to perform account analysis. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Payroll experience a plus.
