Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Representative will be responsible forprocessing and reconciling invoices, ensuring timely payments, andmaintaining accurate financial records. Ensure timely and accurate payment of approved invoices. Performaccount reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Communicate with vendors to address and resolve billing inquiries.

Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records. Assistwith month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Support the team in identifying process improvements forefficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliancewith company policies.
