Job Description
What you will do regularly:
Managing accounts payable and receivable; Handle requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, payments, and collections.
Preparing financial records; Maintain ledgers, journals, and other accounting documentsReconciling financial statements; Verify and reconcile various financial documents and transactionsAssisting with audits; Support financial audits and prepare necessary documentationEnsuring compliance; Make sure all financial activities adhere to accounting principles and legislation
Minimum Requirements:
All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in accounting or related field is preferred. In lieu of education, we will consider equivalent work experienceAttention to detail, high level of accuracy in financial record-keepingStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloadExcellent communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate with and support multiple departments.
Proficient with accounting software. Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft 365 software suite.
Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
