Summary We are looking for a full-time team member for the role of Accounts Payable / Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
Accounts Payable responsibilities include:
Review, resolve, process, and pay invoices. Maintain accurate files of unpaid and paid invoices. Match invoices to packing slips and purchase orders to ensure all costs are accurate. Must be able to communicate with project managers, purchasing and accounting teams, and vendors to resolve any issues. Continually review processes with an eye for improvement, efficiency and cost savings. General office duties.
Receptionist / Administrative
Assistant responsibilities include: Cordially receive visitors at the front desk. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Receive and sort daily mail. Distribute purchase orders. Track and provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
General requirements:
Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.

$22.00 – $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
