The ideal AR & Credit Specialist candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and credit management. As an AR & Credit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely collections, and maintaining customer credit limit files. This is a permanent opportunity and offers excellent benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure accurate recording of all transactions. Manage accounts receivable collections to ensure timely and efficient payment from customers. Maintain and update customer credit limit files, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Release credit holds as necessary, following established protocols and guidelines. Process credit card payments and ensure they are accurately recorded in the system. Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging and take appropriate actions to address overdue accounts. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and provide excellent customer service. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of credit and collection processes. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting field. Strong understanding of credit management principles and practices. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
