Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Tonawanda, New York. As part of this long-term contract position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and efficient processing of invoices. Responsibilities:

• Process and code invoices accurately to ensure timely payment.
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct regular check runs and verify payment details.
• Enter financial data into systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist in processing invoices and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Work with SAP software to manage accounts payable operations.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to support financial operations. Requirements
• Proven experience in accounts payable functions, including invoice coding and processing.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation and financial record maintenance.
• Familiarity with conducting check runs and verifying payment details.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial tasks.
• Experience working with SAP or other financial software systems.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for collaborative team environments.
