Description
Input and process biweekly payroll and direct deposits in ADP.
Transfer payroll to the accounting system.
Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing payroll.
Complete monthly bank reconciliations for multiple checking accounts.
Code invoices, expense reports, check requests, etc. with correct codes and enter into the accounting system.
Match the corresponding purchase orders and shipping confirmations to invoices.
Investigate and resolve problems associates with the processing of invoices.
Prepare weekly check runs, process checks, and send to vendors.
File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.
Perform other duties as required.
