Primary Job Functions Responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, overseeing the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, handling sales tax calculations and filings, assisting with general bookkeeping tasks, and supporting high-level accounting projects. This role includes processing and verifying invoices, managing collections, closing books, and performing a range of administrative functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth operational processes.

Associate’s Degree Good accounts payable system and computer knowledge & skills (QuickBooks required) Relevant Accounts Payable/Receivable knowledge Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to function in a team environment Able to handle high volume in closing books and transaction recording Strong customer focus and issue resolution capabilities Proficient in

Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Preferred:
