Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to joinour growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuringfinancial accuracy and maintaining excellent customerrelationships. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will beresponsible for managing daily invoicing, applying cash payments,and establishing and maintaining customer credit terms.

KeyResponsibilities:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you willgenerate and distribute daily invoices with accuracy andtimeliness. Apply incoming cash to customer accounts, ensuringcorrect allocation and maintaining accurate records. Establishcustomer credit terms, issue credits when necessary, and maintainongoing communication to foster strong relationships. Monitoroutstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts in aprofessional and effective manner. Collaborate with otherdepartments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve invoicingprocesses. Maintain customer account data and ensure compliancewith company credit policies. Support month-end closing proceduresand reporting as required by the Accounts Receivable Specialistrole.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience as an AccountsReceivable Specialist or in a similar accounting or financeposition. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus. Strongknowledge of accounts receivable processes including invoicing,cash application, and credit terms. Proficiency in accountingsoftware and Microsoft Excel.
