Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company’s financial records, including accounts payable, and account reconciliation. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the company’s financial transactions Perform budgeting and forecasting tasks Handle accounts payable and receivable duties Conduct account reconciliations on a regular basis Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards Requirements Proven work experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role Proficiency in quickbooks online Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience working as an accounting clerk is a plus

Bookkeeping:

Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Manage accounts payable and receivable. Manage weekly payroll Generate and send invoices; track and follow up on payments. Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts. Prepare basic monthly financial reports for review.

Administrative Support:

Organize digital files and manage documentation. Track deadlines, appointments, and internal to-do items. Respond to client/vendor emails and calls professionally. Assist with ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries, or basic logistics. Help manage schedules, forms, or simple HR-related documents.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:

$32.00 – $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

10 hour shift 8 hour shift
