JOB DESCRIPTION
Contacting customers, end debtors, or others toreconcile remittance differences. Manages retrieval of data neededto complete posting of transactions. Provides support service toother departmental requests including, but not limited to, checkcopies and reports. Maintains records and logs of transactions asrequired Completes processing of daily transactions activity,including incoming cash or outgoing cash transactions, to ensurethey are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance withdepartment and company policy. This includes recording ofinformation in appropriate databases. Evaluates transactions andalerts appropriate members of management of potential fraud orother financial risk factor promptly to ensure any impact on thebusiness can be evaluated and appropriate action taken.
Participates in meetings affecting area of responsibility to stayinformed regarding risk factors that need to be monitored. Assistswith cash posting as needed, special projects, such as year endaudit prep, as needed.
