 Description Our client, a leading commercial real estate company, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded organization in the property management industry, supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform general operational accounting duties including:+ Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)+ Billing and collections+ Expense reporting and reconciliations+ Assist in tenant lease management and financial record-keeping+ Coordinate lease-related billing, rent schedules, and lease abstracting+ Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation+ Conduct data entry and maintain accurate files in accounting systems+ Provide general administrative support to the accounting and property management team

Requirements Requirements:
