Accounts Payable Position Available In Nassau, New York

Accounts Payable Acctpositions Garden City, NY Role is fully on-site. M-F 8:30-4:30pm. Job Summary Seeking an Accounts Payable professional temporary to permanent. Very high volume department (over 2k invoices per week, role itself will handle 200-250 per week). Manager is a strong mentor and is seeking someone that will learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and approval. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities and ensure compliance with company policies. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
