has an opportunity for a Private/Nami Biller/Collector for their Baldwin Business Office.
Job Type:
Full-time Shift:
Monday – Friday 9:00am -5:00pm
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
: Mailing monthly invoices/statements for outstanding Private/Nami Follow up phone calls for unpaid Invoices Answering phone calls in reference to invoices received A/R follow-up working the aging Collection of unpaid Invoices Update Billing system with corrected demographics Drafting letters to Residents/Families Determining appropriate next steps based on
A/R & Aging Reports Experience:
Experience in Collections preferred
Additional Skills:
Excellent communication skills Confidence talking on the phone Good writing skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment without getting distracted Self-starter but able to work on a team and take direction
