The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations by managing financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with various accounting tasks. This position requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of technical and governmental accounting principles. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Process journal entries and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards. Maintain organized financial files and documentation for auditing purposes. Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Skills Proficiency in accounting softwares Strong understanding of technical accounting principles and governmental accounting practices.
