  • United States of America About the role Reconcile records with internal employees, management, external vendors, and customers.

Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements. Match order forms with invoices and records the necessary information. Process transactions such as disbursements, expense vouchers, and cash receipts. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Investigate questionable or irreconcilable differences. Report issues to management. Assist with ad hoc accounting projects including preparation of annual regulatory reporting. Collect, review, and summarize data to prepare reports for transaction validation. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What you’ll need High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the AP/AR Clerk/Coordinator position is $63375 annually [or $30.46 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.

Bonus Eligible:

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the AP/AR Clerk/Coordinator position is $63375 annually [or $30.46 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
