THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely matter

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Processing accounts payable invoice in SAP with 3 way matching process. Work on monthly statements from Vendors regarding outstanding payments due Communicate with Production Team and/or Finance for approvals Other duties as assigned by management

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk (3 years’ experience) Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills Strong organization skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

• specifically Excel Oracle and SAP experience a plus

• The expected compensation for this position is: $24.04 USD
• $30.05 USD Hourly
• Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
