Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager with experience in the AEC industry to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating a well-organized and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor management Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management as needed Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events Support HR and Finance teams with onboarding, payroll, and expense reporting Maintain accurate and confidential office and employee records Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive office culture

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in the AEC industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and BQE Core Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively High level of discretion and confidentiality
