Full Job Description Pay:

$26 per hour•$28 per hour

Summary:

An Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the company’s financial health by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining accurate financial records. This role involves interacting with customers, handling invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts A/R Collections and auditing of invoices/credits issued. Audit/monitor A/R aging for areas of concern. Contact customer and/or AFV manager for resolution. Research discrepancies for reporting and resolution. Ability to resolve all issues with existing customers, as well as maintain good customer relations. Occasional payment applications. Mailing/Emailing daily invoices. Create invoices. May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience. Knowledge of office administration and procedures. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work in fast paced/growth environment. Ability to interact with all levels of management. Strong Microsoft skills including Excel and Word.
