As we continue to expand, we need a dedicated bookkeeper who is ready to take ownership of financial processes while also stepping in to support the business wherever needed. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting Process accounts payable and receivable Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Monitor and track pay-for-performance bonuses Interact with insurance companies to monitor costs and ensure competitive pricing Conduct annual insurance cost reviews and put policies out for bid Roll up your sleeves and handle necessary tasks as they arise to support business growth Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic financial decisions What We’re Looking For Experience with AppFolio (preferred but not required) 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial best practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities Why Join Us?
