Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Management:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors.
Reconciliation:
Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Vendor Relations:
Maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Expense Reporting:
Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
Accounts Receivable Support:
Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Reporting:
Generate and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, with some exposure to accounts receivable.
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
