Job Description
Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Limongelli Electric Corp Whitestone, NY Growing company based in Whitestone looking for an experienced bookkeeper to assist with AR/AP and general administrative duties.” Full time position. The Electrical Service Billing/ AR will communicate directly with customers, vendors, and technicians to ensure accurate billing, A/R and assistance on A/P and Payroll for the employees. Scope of work Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets Run financial reports to track profit and loss Maintain department records to supply backup as requested Complete weekly time reports, verify assigned technicians hours and expenses. Provide complete status reporting for the following week Follow-ups on the AR/AP on a monthly basis
Ability Requirements:
Ability to speak effectively before to customers or employees Ability to multi-task. Must be detail-oriented and have demonstrated organizational skills. Must have experience in AIA Billing and Payroll. Above average proficiency in Word, Excel, Quickbooks Desktop. Notary License required. Spanish speaking a plus.
