Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Lindenhurst, NY 11757 We are seeking a professional and dependable individual who is able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Minimum 5 years experience is a must. Please do not apply if you do not have 5 years of experience. Monitor accounts on a daily basis and manage outstanding accounts receivable. Communicate with the customer and take appropriate action to expedite timely payments (phone calls, emails, etc.) Work with the sales and service department to resolve billing issues and any discrepancies. Must keep accurate records and documentation on collection activity. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must. Reports directly to the Controller.
