Assistant Bookkeeper Part-time or Full-time I Zakarin and Sons 5296 State Route 42, South Fallsburg, NY 12779 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting functions of the organization. Duties Order Entry
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry accuracy Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
