We are seeking adynamic and experienced Permanent Accounting/Wire Specialist tojoin our team. This role is critical to our organization as itensures the smooth and efficient operation of our financialtransactions and record-keeping. The successful candidate will be akey player in our financial team, managing and executing wiretransfers, balancing files, and maintaining our accountingsoftware. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Accounting/WireSpecialist, your main responsibilities will include: 1. Conductingdaily wire transfer activities, ensuring all transactions areprocessed accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Managing andbalancing financial files, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 3.Utilizing QuickBooks and QuickBase to maintain accounting records,generate reports, and conduct financial analysis. 4. Collaboratingwith team members to identify and implement process improvements.5. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financialreports or statements. 6. Ensuring compliance with financialregulations and standards. 7. Assisting in the development andmaintenance of financial procedures and policies. 8. Participatingin financial audits, preparing necessary reports, and coordinatingwith external auditors. 9. Providing guidance and support to otherteam members on financial matters. 10. Staying up-to-date withdevelopments in the financial industry, including best practices,new technologies, and changes to regulations.

Qualifications:

To beconsidered for the role of Permanent Accounting/Wire Specialist,applicants must have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in asimilar role within the legal industry (preferred but notrequired). 2. Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBase. 3.Demonstrated experience with wire transfers and balancing files.

Will be balancing approximately 25-50 wires per day and theybalance at the end of every day 4. A Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPAcertification is preferred. 5. Strong knowledge of financialregulations and accounting principles. 6. Proven ability to handlesensitive and confidential information with discretion. 7.Excellent analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail. 8.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectivelyboth independently and as part of a team. 9. Demonstratedproblem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolveissues quickly and effectively. 10. A commitment to continuouslearning and professional development.
