Accounts Receivables (Full Time) Red Barn Produce, Inc. Highland, NY 12528 Accounts Receivable Full Time Position AR Job Duties (part time) Solid understanding of accounts receivables principles. Ability to manage financial records. Must have data entry skills. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Customer service orientation and negotiation skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be organized, trustworthy and thorough with administrative tasks. Process all mail pertaining to accounts receivables. Work closely with Upper Management on any outstanding customer issues. Receive customer payments on a daily basis Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information. Utilizing reports to assist in collection efforts. Qualifications /

High School or Equivalent. Previous bookkeeping experience preferred. Experience in working with multiple tasks. 3-5 years relevant experience working in collections. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with accounts receivable is a must. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Full Time Position Monday-Friday Will be discussed at time of interview.
